What is the dress code?＋
Business casual. For men: a jacket or blazer with trousers, a collared shirt (tie optional), leather shoes. For women: a blazer, blouse, dress or smart separates. Please avoid jeans, trainers and T-shirts. The ceremony and dinner are indoors; early December in Žilina is cold (around 0 °C), so bring a warm coat for arrival and departure.

The event will take place at Kia Slovakia in Žilina, Slovakia. Guests travelling by air can arrive at Vienna International Airport (Austria), Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport (Hungary), or Václav Havel Airport Prague (Czech Republic). From each airport, attendees can continue their journey to Žilina by rental car, private transfer, or a combination of public transportation. As travel times and connections vary, we recommend planning your onward journey in advance.

By car: travel from Vienna Airport towards Žilina via Slovakia; the journey typically takes around 3–3.5 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport (BUD) is another option. By car: the drive to Žilina typically takes around 3–3.5 hours, depending on traffic and the chosen route. Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG) is an alternative for guests arriving in the Czech Republic. By car: the journey to Žilina typically takes around 4–4.5 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.

Guest transport from the 20th Anniversary Ceremony to the 20 Years of Kia Slovakia Experience will be operated by shuttle. You can get detailed information on site at the accreditation desk.
